Mark and Heidi are ordinary people with an extraordinary vision of equipping people to live their best life through Christ. We are first and foremost, servants of the Lord with a heart for people. The Lord instructed us to purchase this building to Host His Presence! And that’s what we do. Our doors at The Outpouring are open to bring hope, healing and restoration for those who are hungry for more in life. We have been youth pastors and senior pastors, and our cry for the power of God to be manifested in the lives of others continues to inspire us. We have a desire to see the sick and the broken hearted healed, and restoration to the body, soul, and spirit for others.

REV. REBECCA & RON - SPIRITUAL ADVISORS - Ron & Rebecca Hamming have been Mark & Heidi’s spiritual advisors for many years. Together they have served the body of Christ for over 50 years. Rebecca is a Biblical Teacher at Outpouring of Hope, She is an ordained minister and a Christian psychologist. Ron is a Spiritual father in the body of Christ and a retired pipefitter. Together they have 5 children, 12 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren

Prophet Russell Blackman- Spiritual Father: Russell Blackman is the founder and president of True Vine Living Covenant Ministries in Arizona. Brother Russell has not only been called by God as a Prophet and Evangelist, but he is called to be a Spiritual Father in the Gospel. God has used him to speak prophetically and directly into many lives and as a result of the anointing that God has placed inside of him, many have been set free from sickness and diseases, marriages have been restored, poverty has been broken and lives have been changed for the good. Brother Russell will always say, “One Soul Is Worth It All”!~

Chris McMachen: Secretary/treasurer. Chris comes with years of experience of leadership within the body of Christ. She is the one that makes everything in the office run smoothly~
